Peak Body offers classes six days a week, Monday through Saturday. We’re ready to work with your busy schedule by offering classes throughout the day to ensure there is a time that will meet your specific needs.
To achieve maximum results, we alternate our kickboxing and strength training classes daily to ensure you burn body fat and build lean muscle as efficiently as possible. For more information, see The Peak Body Method.

- All classes are indoors and restrict the use of shoes, please be prepared to take your shoes off at the door.
- Group Orientation is required for all 8 week challenge sessions and will take approximately 2 hours. Please be prepared for your body assessments, fitness testing, and before picture at your orientation.

Classes are 45 minutes long.
Class times are subject to change or cancel.
Members are welcome to attend classes at any time on a given day of the week, however class availability is subject to class size and instructor’s discretion.
The more you go, the more you save
Most exercise programs only offer classes 3-4 times a week. Peak Body offers classes six days a week to give you maximum flexibility to reach your peak potential. Whether you want to attend only a couple of classes a week or you’re there every day, Peak Body offers you the same all-inclusive package at the same low price. The best part is, the more classes you attend, the less you’re paying for each one. If you go six days a week, that’s less than $7 per class!
