Health Coaches use proven methods, exploring meal plans, ingredients, determining portion sizes, partner grocery store visits, and one-on-one support.

It’s simple: come as often as you can (and we’d like to see you at least three times weekly)! Peak Body is designed to work for you, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or haven’t exercised since high school, we find modifications or bring the intensity unique to each student. We Offer Payment Options

Peak Body Transformation was designed for affordability and strives to be the most valued and lowest priced fitness program in the area.

For our 8 or 10 week challenge sessions and boot camps, we offer an option to pay half on or before orientation day or your first day. The remaining balance is due by the Friday of week 3. The balance can be paid in either multiple payments or all at once by that final date.
